" Have an awesome day and know that someone has thought about you today. . . .. . . . I did. "

(It's good to remind people that you're thinking of them so that they know they aren't forgotten.)

"The tourist generally hurries back home at the end of a few weeks or months, the traveler, belonging no more to one place than to the next, moves slowly, over periods of years, from one part of the earth to another." - Paul Bowles

^Found both these things^ (except for what's in the parenthesis above) on other people's blogs. It's good to look and learn.

And I have no compass And I have no map And I have no reasons No reasons to get back

Got braces on the bottom. Look like shit. Hurts a bit.

Played tennis b4. Hung around more than played tennis- with Nastya and a new 18-year old instructor. Egoistic. But cool.

Cool is good.

Good is good.

Okay, here's a topic for discussion: Are humans naturally good or evil? Write your thoughts in a comment. And I want lots of ppl to write what they think is the answer to that question. And why.

And another cool thing to discuss is: Are Good and Evil OPPOSITE powers? cuz people always seem to think they are, but they might not be conflicting.

Love is too fragile to jump into, but too important to lose.

And also...
have twisted into months
and tulips have died faster than you have loved.

The was a post from a few post's back -> Alina's comment on it and then my comment back to her.

Growing up is not about learning new things, it's about being able to define the things u already know.

Hmm... Not sure I agree. Does this mean that ur opinion on a certain matter is the same as it was years ago, when u were old enough 2 concieve it? I don't think so.
Sure, growing up may have given me the tools 2 express myself better, but-- what was it that O. S. Card said?-- "Little children gladly accept even the stangets stories that others tell them, because they lack either the context or the confidence to doubt... Gradually, however, this dependency breaks..."
Growing up is about learning the context, and changing ur opinions as u learn it...
Stam, wtvr, LoL.

I disagree. Because a huge part of growing up is learning people's psychology and how people act and talk, etc., and basically while we're still little, we know what different people say, we know how certain ppl act, but we don't see the sequence of everything, until we make connections and average things out, and build stereotypes, so we start to understand and then we can even anticipate what ppl will do next, because we already built a scheme of how they are. From that quote you brought, I can prove my opinion- yeah, they lack the context- which is actually the generalization of people in society, which is something that we gain as we get older. As we learn to define what we already know - we realize things we always knew, we just never categorized them or organized anything in our head, but now we do. So now we're smarter.

Some people are too arrogant to realize what they're doing wrong.
Some people are too naive to realize that there IS wrong.

Didn't write in a while. Whoa, I surprisingly have nothing to write. This is scary. I always have something to write. Maybe it's just cuz I'm nausious or something. I'm going to the USA in less than THREE weeeeeeeks!!!!!!! I'm so excited. Gosh, now I'm gonna turn this blog into one of those boring blogs where they write what they did every day... Okay, so nvm that. I'm not gonna talk about what I did.

One of my favorite poems ("Joy", by Rabindranath Tagore)

And Joy is Everywhere;
It is in the Earth's green covering of grass;
In the blue serenity of the Sky;
In the reckless exuberance of Spring;
In the severe abstinence of gray Winter;
In the Living flesh that animates our bodily frame;
In the perfect poise of the Human figure, noble and upright;
In Living;
In the exercise of all our powers;
In the acquisition of Knowledge;
in fighting evils...
Joy is there Everywhere.
