Some people define things in their minds. Some people's minds don't- so everything stays as a thought, not a form of anything understood. So they don't express things in words and then it seems like they don't think, but maybe they do it's just that it's a jumble in their head. Growing up isn't about learning new things, it's about learning to define the things you already know. So if you can't define what you know then it seems like you haven't learned anything, because our lives are based on the expression of our ideas (it doesn't matter what we think, only what we do), and the more organized your thoughts are, the better you express yourself.
