כל העולם כולו
גשר צר מאוד
לא לפחד, לא לפחד כלל

The whole entire world
Is a very narrow bridge,
And the main thing
Is to recall
Have no fear,
Have no fear at all

Nitpicking your translation: The line "is to recall" doesn't belong, it's not in the Hebrew.
"And the essence is not to fear..." would be more precise, I think.

Who wrote this, by the way?

The English version that I wrote here is the English version that is sung by many people. It's not the translation word for word but it's the common English version.

Rabbi Nachman from Breslev wrote it.

It rhymes, and so that's probably why it became the English song version, and I like it.
